"Target does it again!"

On my way back from Vegas a few weeks ago, my best friend and I stopped at a Target and they had this dress. She bought it as it was her size. I wanted the dress so I went to a local Target and I love it. It has adjustable straps, an elastic back for added comfort and great fabric. I am keen on soft fabric, whether it be rayon or a fabric blend. I thought this dress was well constructed and a perfect piece to add to my closet. Did I mention that it was only $24.99?!
